口腔门诊医疗用品消毒灭菌现状调查

目的了解口腔科医疗器械与物品消毒灭菌现状,以便改进和提高消毒管理水平。方法采用现场问卷调查方法对洛阳市城区口腔门诊科消毒设施的配备与器械物品的消毒灭菌情况进行了调查。结果在所调查的口腔门诊中,有89.66%的单位拥有紫外线灯,有31.03%的单位拥有压力蒸汽灭菌器。对车针进行灭菌者占27.7%,对根管治疗器械和拔牙器械进行灭菌者分别为23.08%和70.07%。一次性使用灭菌口镜和镊子使用率为10%~20%。有24%医务人员对正畸模型进行消毒。结论洛阳市城区口腔门诊消毒灭菌硬件设施不全,器械物品的正确消毒灭菌率不高,需要加强改进提高。
