老年骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折的两种髓内钉治疗方法的比较

目的回顾比较分析应用AO股骨近端髓内钉与国产短重建髓内钉手术治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折的方法及效果。方法2001年9月至2004年10月，应用AO股骨近端髓内钉（PFN）及国产短重建髓内钉（短重建钉）治疗60岁以上骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折107例，PFN组40例，短重建髓内钉组67例。术后分别给予随访。比较术中出血量、手术时间、并发症及骨折愈合质量等指标。结果完成随访95例，平均随访26个月。Harris评分髋关节功能恢复优良率PFN组和短重建钉组分别为（76．33±3．68）％和（82．05±1．98）％，患者满意率分别为87．18％和89．29％。PFN组手术时间短于短重建钉组（P〈0．05）。结论PFN和短重建髓内钉均是治疗转子间骨折较好的内固定器材，有相同之处又各有其特点，可根据具体情况加以选择。
