| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨精索扭转的诊断和治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析16例精索扭转的临床诊治资料。结果：1例手法复位成功，7例行睾丸复位固定术，8例行坏死睾丸切除术。结论：彩色多普勒超声成像是诊断精索扭转的可靠方法，治疗上应尽快手术探查、复位并做预防性固定。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion. Methods: The clinical data of sixteen patients with testicular torsion were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Among the sixteen cases, one was successfully treated with manual reduction, seven testicles were salvaged by reduction of torsion and orchiopexy, eight necrotic testicles were resected through orchiectomy. Conclusions: Color Doppler sonography is a reliable method for diagnosis of testicular torsion in time. Surgical invention and detorsion and orchiopexy should be performed as soon as early. |
