围术期耳穴贴压护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后疼痛的影响

目的观察围术期耳穴贴压护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystetomy,LC)患者术后疼痛的影响。方法将80例在外科行LC的患者随机分为耳穴贴压护理干预组(耳贴组)和对照组各40例,比较两组患者的术后疼痛评分、平均住院日、止痛药的使用及术后并发症发生情况。结果围术期耳穴贴压能减少和降低LC术后疼痛时间和程度,并能减少平均住院日、止痛药的使用和术后疼痛并发症的发生(P均<0.01)。结论耳穴贴压护理对LC术后疼痛疗效确切,且无不良反应和成瘾性,操作简便,具有良好的应用前景。

Effect of Perioperative Strapping and Pressing on the Ear Acupoint for Pain Management after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective To observe the effect of perioperative strapping and pressing on the ear acupoint for pain management after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods Eighty patients undergoing LC were randomly divided into the control group and intervention group with perioperativestrapping and pressing on the ear acupoint on the basis of routine nursing care. The Visual Analog Scale scores,hospital stay,application of analgesics,and postoperative complications were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results Strapping and pressing on the ear acupoint could reduce the duration and intensity of pain after LC,average hospital stay,application of analgesics and complications.Conclusion The therapy on the ear acupoint with simple operations produces definite analgesic effect after LC and avoids the risks of adverse effects and drug dependence,suggesting a bright future for more extensive clinical application.
