| 摘 要： | 肺癌是现今世界范围内发病率和死亡率最高的癌症之一,由于早期诊断困难,大部分患者确诊时已至中晚期,治疗非常棘手。西医多采用放疗或化疗,但治疗成效有限,且毒性作用大,故常寻求中医或中西医结合治疗。对20多年来的临床研究报告进行分析表明,单纯口服中药复方或与放化疗相配合,具有提高肺癌患者生存质量、改善体质、缓解临床症状、减轻放化疗副作用,以及带瘤生存以延长生命等作用,值得进一步研究和应用。
