| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨鼻内镜在慢性泪囊炎中的应用价值.方法 对30例(42眼)慢性泪囊炎患者在鼻内窥下行鼻腔泪囊吻合术,观察其临床疗效.结果 42眼中40只获成功,2只眼因粘连而失败.结论 鼻内窥下行鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效肯定,成功率高,值得临床推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the applied value of nasal endoscope in chronic dacryocystitis.Methods To observe clinical curative effect of 30 sufferers(42 eyes) of chronic dacryocystitis after nasal cavity and lacrimalsac anastomoses in nasal endoscope.Results 40 eyes were successful in 42 eyes.2 eyes were failing because of conglutination.Conclusion It is good at curative effect,high achievement ratio and be worth clinical spread application to do nasal cavity and lacrimalsac anastomoses in nasal endoscope. |
