2型糖尿病伴感染患者T淋巴细胞亚群和自然杀伤细胞的测定及意义

目的 探讨2型糖尿病伴感染患者T淋巴细胞亚群 (CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞 )和自然杀伤 (NK)细胞百分率的变化及意义。方法 采用流式细胞仪单克隆免疫荧光法检测2型糖尿病合并感染患者31例 (感染组 )和未合并感染患者34例 (非感染组 )T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞百分率 ,并与体检健康者对照。结果 2型糖尿病非感染组CD4+细胞百分率、CD4+/CD8+细胞比值低于对照组 (P<0.05) ;2型糖尿病感染组CD3+、CD4+细胞百分率和CD4 +/CD8 +细胞比值低于对照组 (P<0.01) ,而CD8 +细胞百分率高于对照组 (P<0.05) ;2型糖尿病感染组CD3 +细胞百分率、CD4 +/CD8 +细胞比值均低于非感染组 (P<0.05)。2型糖尿病患者NK细胞百分率与对照组比较差别无显著性意义 (P<0.05)。 结论 2型糖尿病患者存在T淋巴细胞亚群的变化 ,存在着细胞免疫功能缺陷 ,这可能是2型糖尿病患者易合并感染的重要原因。表13组一般资料和血糖检测结果餐后2h血糖 (mmol/L)16.95±6.9416.33±8.17n323431组别对照组非感染组感染组男性/女性18/1419/1517/14年龄 (岁 )58.88±9.2661.82±10.2562.09±12.03病程 (年 )8.54±6.687.88±4.04使用胰岛素例数/口服降糖药例数19/1518/1

Changes of T lymphocyte subsets and natural killer cells in type 2 diabetic patients with infection and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the changes of Tlymphocyte subsets and natural killer cell immune function in type2diabetic patients with infection and its clinical significance.Methods Tcell subsets and NK cell levels were measured by monoclonal immunofluorescence method with flow cytometry in31diabetic patients complicated with infection(infected group),34diabetic patients without infection(non-infected group)and32normal subjects(control group).Results CD4 + ,CD4 + /CD8 + in non-infected group were lower than those in controls(P<0.05).CD3 + ,CD4 + ,CD4 + /CD8 + in infected group were significantly lower while CD8 + were higher than those in controls(P<0.05,P<0.01).CD3 + ,CD4 + /CD8 + in infected group were lower than those in non-infected group(P<0.05).No significant changes of NK cell levels were found between diabetic patients and controls(P>0.05).Conclusion There are Tcell subsets changes and cellular immune dysfunc-tion in type2diabetes.
