| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship of premature delivery and fetal fibroneetin（FFN） and interleukin-8（IL-8） in cervical vaginal.Methods 40 cases of threatened premature delivery were selected as experimental group and other 40 cases of normal pregnancy as control group.And the levels of FFN and IL-8 in cervical vaginal were detected by ELISA.Results The levels of FFN and IL-8 in cervical vaginal in experimental group were significantly higher then those in control group,in addition,there were significant differences for the levels of FFN and IL-8 in cervical vaginal between ＂genuine＂ and ＂pseudo＂ threatened premature delivery.Conclusion The concentrations of FFN and IL-8 in cervical vaginal are highly correlated with the threatened premature delivery,and the level of FFN is correlated with the level of IL-8 in cervical vaginal. |
