| 摘 要： | 总结了"光明行"援非医疗队在马拉维短期内行大量白内障手术的护理配合经验.通过对当地医疗及患者进行评估,完善术前筹备,术中实施无缝衔接,做好突发事件的应急措施预案,4d内顺利宪成了312例白内障复明手术,无一例发生眼内炎等严重并发症.

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes nursing experience and management of 312 Malavi patients receiving cataract extraction by 'Light Action' Africa-aid medical team in a short period.Nursing assistance focused on the assessment of local medical resources and patient conditions,preoperative perpration,design and implementation of the seamless connection flow,and making response project for emergent events during the operation.All of the operations were performed successfully within 4 days without any serious complications... |
