| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨手术室医护人员间正性暗示语言对患者的影响.方法 92例硬膜外麻醉下行开腹胆囊切除术的患者,试验组接受医护人员间正性暗示语言,对照组接受巡回护士的安抚性语言.结果:试验组术前恐俱程度显著低于对照组;两组术中平均心率和血压差异无统计学意义;试验组术后24h和48h疼痛强度显著低于对照组;试验组患者对正性暗示语言的满意程度显著高于对照组.结论:手术室医护人员间正性暗示语言能有效缓解患者术前恐俱及术后疼痛.
