| 摘 要： | 总结了48例开胸手术后排痰困难患者应用口咽通气管的护理.通过操作前正确评估患者,严格掌握适应证和禁忌证,做好患者及家属的解释工作,操作中密切观察患者的病情变化,操作后做好保留口咽通气管的护理等措施,可有效解决患者的排痰困难.

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the nursing care of 48 patients with oral airway for the treatment of sputum excretion difficulty after thoracic surgery.The key points to relieve sputum excretion difficulty were correct assessment before operation,strict control of indications and contraindications,sufficient explanation to the patients and relatives,close observation of patient condition during operation and careful nursing care of oral airway after operation. |
