2001-2010年19例SICU孕产妇死亡分析

目的了解2001-2010年SICU病房孕产妇死亡病种的构成、死亡原因及影响因素,探讨降低本区域围产期孕产妇死亡率的策略。方法收集2001年7月到2010年12月19例SICU孕产妇死亡病例,按孕产妇对孕期知识状况、保健产检情况、病种等因素进行分析。结果 （1）引起孕产妇死亡原因有保健因素、医学因素、社会因素等,忽视孕期系统保健及选择私人诊所,家庭分娩是造成孕产妇死亡的最大危险因素。（2）孕产妇死亡疾病的顺位：妊娠合并内科疾病、产后出血、羊水栓塞、肺栓塞、脑出血。结论切实建立健全孕产妇围产期保健系统及孕产妇流动人口的管理机制,提高基层医院和私人医院医疗技术水平,提高文化素质、取消家庭接生、提倡住院分娩是本区降低孕产妇死亡率的根本保证。

Analysis of the maternal mortality from 2001 to 2010 in SICU

Objective To understand disease construction ratio,reasons and other factors that causing maternal death in SICU in Shenzhen from 2001 to 2010,furthermore,to explore the method of reducing maternal mortality rate(MMR).Methods Histories of 19 cases of maternal death were collected;their death reasons were analyzed according to health care,medical factors and social environments and so on.Results The reasons causing maternal mortality includes health care,medical factors and social environment etc,and the most dangerous factors were neglect of health care during gestation period,selection of private clinic and family delivery.The sequence of maternal death reasons was pregnancy complicated with internal disease,post-delivery hemorrhage,amniotic embolism,pulmonary embolism and cerebral hemorrhage and so on.Conclusion Establishing perinatal health care system and administrating mechanism for temporary population,improving medical skill in primary hospital and private hospital,intensifying education,replacing family delivery by in-patient method are the methods to reduce maternal mortality in Shenzhen district.
