| 摘 要： | 为了更好地发挥专科护士的工作积极性,推动专科护理的发展,2009年5月,护理部设立了2个专科护士专职岗位,制订一系列工作制度和管理方法,明确了专科护士的隶属关系、考勤方法、每月工作量及考核方法,给予护士长待遇,即管理津贴、奖金系数与护士长相同,参与护士长会议等.专科护士根据设定的工作量面向全院开展工作,护理部每月核定其工作量完成情况.实施1年来,2名专科护士制仃了16项专科指引,会诊1412人次,专科查房38次,为临床解决了近200个专科护理问题,院内医护人员对他们的认同度显著提高,专科影响力越来越大,有效地推动了医院专科护理的发展.
