重复经颅磁刺激对轻度认知功能障碍患者记忆功能改善作用的研究

摘    要:目的研究重复经颅磁刺激对轻度认知功能障碍患者记忆功能的改善及延缓记忆减退进程的作用。方法选择轻度认知功能障碍患者25例,随机分为磁刺激治疗组(治疗组)12例和对照组13例,分别于治疗前和治疗5个月后进行记忆测试和脑电图检查,比较记忆商及脑电功率的改变。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者治疗后记忆商、指向记忆、联想学习、人像特点回忆评分明显升高(P<0.05);δ频带F_(P1)、F_(P2)、F_3、P_3、T_5导联、θ频带F_4、O_2、F_7、T_4导联相对功率比明显降低(P<0.05),α频带C_3、T_5导联、β频带T_3导联、γ频带F_3、C_4、F_7、F_8、T_3、T_4导联相对功率比明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),F_3、F_4、O_1、O_2、F_7、T_4、T_5、T6导联α/θ功率比明显升高(P<0.05)。结论重复经颅磁刺激能够改善轻度认知功能障碍患者的记忆功能及脑电功率分布,且在一定程度上延缓脑波慢化和记忆减退。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) on memory function of patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI).Methods Twenty-five old patients with MCI were randomly divided into 2 groups;rTMS treatment group and control group.Clinical memory scale examination and EEG were performed for the 2 groups before and after rTMS treatment.Memory quotient(MQ) and EEG power ratio were assessed and compared.Results Compared with control group,in rTMS treatment group after treatment,MQ,relative power ratio andα/θvalue of EEG showed obvious improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion rTMS could improve memory function and delay the process of memory declining in mild cognitive impairment patients.
