| 摘 要： | 报告了12例小儿原发性心脏肿瘩的术后监护.监护要点包括:密切监剥血流动力学变化,保持出入全的平衡,联合应用血苍活性药物,定时监测凝血功能,做好并发症的观察和护理.本组术后发生低心排综合征2例,心律失常4例,胸腔积液2例,除1例放弃治疗外,其余均痊愈出院.随访患儿心胜血流动力学稳定,无肿瘩复发或远处转移.

| Abstract: | This paper reportes postoperative care of 12 children with primary heart tumors.The key points were close monitoring the changes of hemodynamics,maintaining the balance of input and output,combined use of vasoactive drugs,monitoring the function of coagulation,observation and nursing of post operative complications.Low cardiac output syndrome,arrhythmia and pleural effusion occurred in 2 cases,4 cases,and 2 cases,respectively.One case gave up treatment after surgery and the other 11 children recovered compl... |
