| 摘 要： | 目的 探索社区-居家式老年人长期照护评价的关键内容或重要的评价点.方法 在文献回顾和老年人长期照护需求意愿调查的基础上,初步拟定评价指标体系,形成第一轮专家咨询问卷,应用德尔菲法对全国18名专家进行咨询.结果 社区-居家式老年人长期照护评价包含:服务内容、从业人员资格、服务对象界定分级、服务机构资质、效果评价、财政支持、运行管理监督7项一级指标,27项二级指标,16项三级指标.结论 评价指标体系的构建,为进一步制订具体指标和进行相关研究提供基础.
