| 摘 要： | 规模发展,是当今医院在市场竞争中常采用的一种手段,但是在规模发展的过程中,就资源投入量,有效的投入点等问题,还缺乏系统、科学的决策方法.本文针对这一现状,探讨了当前大型综合性医院在规模发展中,如何应用数学方法,合理控制资源投入量、选择有效的投入点,为大型综合性医院的经营管理提供决策的重要依据.

| Abstract: | Scale development is one of the methods hospitals take to compete in the medical market. But in the process of scale development, there's a lack of a systematic and scientific method of decision making to solve the problems like input quantity of resources and effectiveness of inputs. A mathematical method was used in the discussion in the article to solve the above problem in the scale development of general hospitals. |
