慢盆汤治疗慢性盆腔炎气虚血瘀证临床疗效观察

目的:观察慢盆汤治疗慢性盆腔炎气虚血瘀证患者的临床疗效。方法:以自拟的慢盆汤治疗慢性盆腔炎气虚血瘀证患者75例,A组:慢盆汤口服加中药灌肠组30例;B组:慢盆汤口服组30例;C组:中药灌肠组15例。同时对3组患者进行治疗前后局部体征与中医证候的评分。结果:3组局部体征与中医证候的评分均明显降低,但A组明显优于B组,B组优于C组,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:运用慢盆汤治疗慢性盆腔炎气虚血瘀证患者疗效显著,能改善局部体征及全身症状,从而达到治疗目的。

Clinical Observation of Man-pen Decoction on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with Qi Asthenia and Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Man-pen Decoction on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with qi asthenia and blood stasis.Methods:75 cases were divided into 3 groups randomly.30 cases in A group were treated by taking Man-pen Decoction orally and by clyster,30 cases in B group were treated by taking Man-pen Decoction orally only,and 15 cases in C group were treated by giving Man-pen Decoction with clyster.At the same time the local signs and TCM syndromes in the three groups were scored before and after treatment.Results:The score in the three groups were all cut down,but A group was better than B group,and B group was better than C group.There were significant differences among the three groups(P<0.01).Conclusions:The curative effect of Man-pen Decoction is remarkable on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with qi asthenia and blood stasis.Man-pen Decoction can ameliorate local signs and TCM syndromes so as to cure patients.
