| 摘 要： | 目的：总结平阳霉素加地塞米松瘤内注射颌面部海绵状血管瘤的疗效，探讨平阳霉素和地塞米松的作用机理。方法：用平阳霉素加地塞米松注射治疗颌面部海绵状血管瘤24例。7～10d注射1次，3～5次为1疗程。结果：经1年随访，未见复发。结论：平阳霉素和地塞米松联合治疗颌面部海绵状血管瘤疗效高，疗程短，可能是一种简便、安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To assess the effects and mecha nis ms of pingyangmycin and dexamethasonum in treatment of cavernous hemangioma in m axillofacial region. Methods: In this study, 24 patients with c avernous hemangioma in maxillofacial region have been treated with pingyangmycin and dexamethasonum. An injection of pingyangmycin and dexamethasonum was given every 7 or 10 days. A course of treatment includs 3 or 5 times of injections.Results:After a follow-up of 1 year or more, the total effective r ate is 100%. Conclusion: Treatment with pingyangmycin and dexa methasonum is a high effective, simple and safe therapy for the patients with ca vernous hemangioma in maxillofacial region. The course of treatment is short. |
