| Abstract: | We have performed augmentation mammaplasty by inframammary incision and external oblique muscle of transobdomen in 96 cases. The advantage of the app roach of external oblique muscle of transobdomen is almost total muscle coverage of the implant so that we could get an excellent result with a low caps ule contracture rate. The inframammary crease can be lowered us ing this technique making mastopexy unnecessary in most patients with moderate ptosis. This procedure can overcome the disadvantages of transaxillary augmentation procedure and.is easy to make dissection over the origin of pectoralis muscle at the sixth ribs. |
