332例注射方式海洛因依赖者梅毒检测分析

目的：调查以注射方式为主的海洛因依赖者梅毒感染情况，为控制和减少梅毒在海洛因依赖者中流行提供资料依据。方法：对2002年1-5月份我院收治的332例注射方式海洛因依赖者梅毒感染情况进行调查分析。结果：梅毒阳性34例(10．24％)，其中承认共用注射器的12例(12／34)。梅毒阳性者中男性18例(18／231)，女性16例(16／101)，男性中本地区12例(12／154)，外地6例(6／77)，女性中本地区4例(4／52)，外地12例(12／49)。结论：梅毒在海洛因依赖者中呈流行趋势，女性感染率高于男性。

An Analysis of Syphilis Test of Heroin Injection Abuser in 332 Cases

Objective: To investigate the situation of syphilis infection of heroin injection abuser in different genders and various living areas providing the data for controlling and reducing syphilis epidemic in the group of heroine abusers. Methods: Study the situation of syphilis infections of 332 heroine injection abusers receiving the withdrawal treatment in our hospital from January to May in 2002. Results: 34 patients were syphilis positive (10.24%), and 12 of them admited that they shared the injectors with others (12:34). Among the syphilis positive patients, 18 of them are male (18:231), 16 of them are female (16:101). And among male patients, 12 are local people (12:154), 6 are from other parts of country (6:77); 4 of the syphilis positive female patients are local people (4:52 ); the rest 12 of them are from other parts of country (12: 49). Conclusion: Syphilis becomes epidemic in the group of heroine abusers, but the main way of infection is related with promiscuity.
