他克莫司对慢性湿疹小鼠的治疗作用

目的 考察他克莫司软膏对小鼠慢性湿疹的治疗作用。方法 用2，4?鄄二硝基氯苯（DNCB）诱导小鼠背部慢性湿疹模型，模型小鼠随机分组，分别用他克莫司软膏、卤米松、凡士林治疗。观察各组小鼠皮损炎症程度及组织病理切片中炎性细胞数量改变。结果 他克莫司软膏能有效减轻慢性湿疹小鼠背部皮损炎症程度，减少组织病理切片中炎性细胞数量。结论 他克莫司软膏对慢性湿疹有明显的治疗作用。

Effect of tacrolimus ointment in chronic eczema mouse model

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods The 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene（DNCB）was applied on the dorsum of mice to produce the chronic eczema models. The mice were randomized to be treated with the tacrolimus ointment, halometasone cream and vaseline, respectively. The inflammation degree of lesion, quantity of inflammatory cell in histopathology were detected. Results The tacrolimus ointment can effectively alleviate the inflammation degree of lesion on dorsum of mouse, and reduce the quantity of inflammatory cell in histopathology. Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment can efficiously treat the chronic eczema.
