哈蟆油的研究进展

摘    要:目的对哈蟆油研究进展进行综述,为哈蟆油的进一步研究奠定基础。方法查阅相关文献,对近期的30篇文献从其化学组成、药理作用、质量评价方法以及临床应用等方面对哈蟆油的研究进展进行综述。结果与结论哈蟆油中主要含有蛋白质和氨基酸、脂肪酸、激素等成分;其具有提高机体免疫功能和应激性能、抗氧化和抗衰老、调节血脂、影响生长发育和性功能、耐缺氧和抗焦虑、抗疲劳、镇咳祛痰、调节运动失调等药理活性;质量控制和鉴定方法主要有光谱法、色谱法、生物化学方法等;在临床上也有广泛的应用。

Abstract:Objective To summarize the research progress in the study of Ranae Oviductus, and provide a reference for the further study of Ranae Oviductus. Methods Recently published 30 papers were consulted. Based on the chemical composition, pharmacological action, the method of quality evaluation and clinical application, this paper summarized the advancement of Ranae Oviductus. Results and Conclusions Many kinds of chemical composition have been reported for Ranae Oviductus, such as protein, amino acid, fatty acid and hormone etc. Ranae Oviductus has many pharmacological actions, such as enhancement of immune and stress performance, antioxidant and anti-aging, blood fat regulation, the effect of growth and sexual function, anti-hypoxia and anti-anxiety, anti-fatigue, antitussive expectoration and ataxia regulation etc. The methods of quality control and identification include spectroscopy, chromatography and biochemical methods etc. It is widely used in clinic.
