| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腔镜甲状腺切除术后并发症的防治经验。方法2004年10月-2005年5月对56例患者施行腔镜甲状腺切除术,总结本类手术术后并发症的危险因素及防治措施。结果56例患者成功施行腔镜甲状腺切除术,无中转开放手术。共出现9例并发症:脂肪液化1例,皮下气肿2例,皮肤淤斑1例,术后头痛2例,一过性声音低钝2例,一过性声音嘶哑1例。结论腔镜甲状腺切除术有其特殊并发症,通过精细的术中操作和适当的围手术期处理可以降低其发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the prevention and therapy of postoperative complications of laparoscopic thyroidectomy.Methods Based on experience of 56 cases of laparoscopic thyroidectomy from October 2004 to May 2005,the risk factors,occurrence,prevention and therapy of the postoperative complications were discussed.Results 0 cases were reversed to open surgery,while the laparoscopic thyroidectomy of all 56 cases were successfully finished.The following postoperative complications were found in 9 cases including fat colliquation in 1,pneumohypoderma in 2,skin silt patch in 1,postoperative headache in 2,temporary vocal dullness in 2 and hoarsness in 1.Conclusion Laparoscopic thyroidectomy can be accompanied by certain complications.Accurate operative skills and careful perioperative procedure can decrease the occurrence rate of the complications. |
