2型糖尿病的胰岛素及C—肽释放水平

目的：探讨2－型糖尿病（DM）的胰岛素（INS）释放及C－肽（C－P）释放水平曲线，为DM病人的诊治提供实验依据。方法：与口服葡萄糖量试验（OGTT）同步，抽取DM病人空腹（0h)及餐后（口服含100g面粉馒头）1h,2h,3h的静脉血，用放射免疫分析（RIA）方法测定血清中INS及CP含量，同时与正常人组作对照。结果：本文共检测2－型DM病人236例，与正常人组比较，0h,1h,2h,3h四次的INS及C－P水平差异均有非常有显著意义（P＜0．01），只不过DN组0h,3h结果较正常人显著为高，而1h,2h却显著为低（C－P2h高于正常）。结论：2型DM病人INS及C－P释放曲线上升迟缓，其高峰在餐后2h和3h，揭示患者存在INS抵抗）（IR）INS分泌不足。

Release level of insulin and C- peptide in type 2 diabetes

Objective:We have studied the release level cur ve of insulin and C-peptide in type 2d iabetes.To provide test basis that making a diagnosis and giv ing treatment for diabetic patients.Methods:To take oral glucose tolerance test meanwhile drew blood from diabetic patients' vein in empty stomach(0h)and 1h,2h,3h after meal,by using rad io immunoanalysis.Then assayed insulin and C-peptide conte nt of the serum and compared diabetic patients with healthy subjects.Results:To compare236diabetic patients with healthy s ubjects.The level differ great sign ificance in insulin and C-peptide of0h,1h,2h,3h(P<0.01).The insulin and C-peptide of 0h,3h w ere higher in diabetic patients than those in the healthy subjects but 1h,2h were lower(C-p 2h were higher).Conclusion:The release curve of insulin and C-peptide in type 2diabetes went up slowl y.The high-est in 2h or 3h after meal.The study in dicated that insulin resistance or i nsulin of diabetie patients' secrete insufficiently.
