院前急救安全性相关因素的探讨

院前急救是急诊医学的首要组成部分，是一门用最少数据、最短时间和最佳技能来挽救患者生命，减轻患者痛苦的专业技术。它与院内急救有很大不同，从接到呼救、急救系统启动、奔赴现场、现场急救、转运，再到把患者送到医院进一步救治，每个环节在安全方面都面临挑战，院前急救的全程安全管理已经成为一个值得探讨的课题。在院前急救的全程安全管理中，必须坚持“预防为主”的原则，切实采取有效措施，避免各种不安全因素，防止与出诊相关的意外事故发生。由于其工作的特殊性：社会性强、时间紧急、随机性强、急救环境条件差，稍有不慎就可能导致医疗纠纷的发生。本文主要讨论了与院前急救安全管理相关的问题、院前急救安全的相关因素及防范措施。

Study on Prehospital Emergency Medical Care

Prehospital emergency medical care was the first important part of emergency medical. It was a kind of professional art with minimum data, the shortest time and best skills to save the patient lives, and reduce the pain of patients. It was very dif- ferent to hospital first-aid from receiving,first-aid, and rushing to the scene, the system startup, on-site first-aid, transport, further treatment in the hospital. Every part in safety aspects was facing the challenge. Safety management had become a concern of this paper. In the entire security management of pre-hospital emergency,we must adhere to the ＂Prevention-First＂ principle and take effective measures to avoid all kinds of insecurity factors; and prevent accidents associated with the treatment. Due to these partic- ularities of its work such as social and time emergency, strong randomicity, and poor condition of emergency environmental, may cause of medical disputes. It was mainly discussed in this paper the first-aid safety management related following problems ： relat- ed factors of pre-hospital emergency safety and preventive measures.
