| 摘 要： | 目的观察藏药色珠的乙醇浸膏对去卵巢大鼠激素的影响。方法采用雌性大鼠双侧卵巢切除模型模拟妇女更年期内分泌状态，于手术后7d开始给药，持续4周。结果藏药色珠能增加去卵巢大鼠雌二醇水平，降低卵泡刺激素和黄体生成素水平，与模型组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05），并可改善子宫形态。结论藏药色珠能从多环节调节生殖内分泌功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Tibetan drugs Sezhu on hormone of rats after ovariectomy. Methods The model of ovariectomy was adopted for simulating endocrinosity of climacteric period. Seven days later,the drug was successively administered for 4 weeks, Results Compared with model group, Sezhu could increase serum estradiol （E2） and decrease follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）,luteinizing hormone （LH） level in rats after ovariectomy （P 〈0. 05）. Histomorphology of uterus was improved too. Conclusion Tibetan drugs Sezhu could regulate function of reproduction and endocrine in many aspects. |
