| 摘 要： | 以双盲法,用病毒唑治疗流行性出血热患者110例。对照107例,观察对血液红、白细胞及血小板的影响;并用电镜观察了12例血小板α颗粒的变化。结果表明:病毒唑对红细胞的生成有可逆性的抑制作用,但对血小板有迅速而显著的升高作用,临床用于早期出血热的治疗有利于防止出血的发生发展及疾病的转归.对升高血小板的机理进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | The paper reports alterations of venous red blood cell,white blood cell and Platelet of 217 Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever cases,with random double blind method for ribavirin and placeho treatment.110 of them were given ribavirin,and 107.given placebo.The changes of αa-granules of platelet in 12 cases were also observed with electronmicroscope.The results showed that ribavirin can inhibit production of red blood cell,shorten their living period, cause reversible normochromic anemia;however,it can remark ably and rapidly increase counts of platelet in EHF.It suggests that ribavirin at appropriate doses can improve hemostasis and recover for early treatment of EHF. |
