风湿性心瓣膜病二尖瓣狭窄合并急性心肌梗塞：附三例报告

本文报告3例风湿性心瓣膜病二尖瓣狭窄及心房颤动患者合并急性心肌梗塞。其临床特点为起病突然,而不是逐渐发生的胸痛症状群;有栓塞形成的病理基础或近期内有动脉栓塞史,而缺乏致冠状动脉粥样硬化的易患因素和诊断依据,符合来自心内血栓导致冠状动脉栓塞的临床诊断。治疗上应以早期溶栓治疗为主要措施。

Rheumatic Valvulopathy Mitral Stenosis with Acute Myocardial Infarction,Report of 3 Cases

Acute myocardial infarction occurred in 3 patients with mitral stenosis of rheu-matic valvular disease.The onset of the disease was instantaneous,and syndromeswith a gradual onset of chest pain were not seen.These patients had pathologicalbasis of embolization or a recent embolism of other arteries,but had no evidencesof risk factors causing atherosclerosis.So,they corresponded to clinical diagnosisof coronary embolism due to intracardiac mural thrombosis.Thrombolytic drugswere given intravenously in early stage with good results.
