静脉输液配置中心细胞毒性药品的配置管理

摘    要:目的熟悉静脉配置中心配置细胞毒性药物的注意事项和药物配置过程中的自我防护措施及应急事件的处理方法。方法重点从静脉输液配置中心细胞毒性药物管理制度、多组输液之间的配伍、溶媒量、药物溅出或暴霹处理及废弃物处理等方面进行了探讨。结果静脉药物配置中心配置细胞毒性药物,降低了药物粉尘对环境和空气的污染,确保静脉用药安全。正确选择适宜的输液溶媒剂量,了解新药配伍禁忌,能更大的发挥药物疗效。实现医院药学由单纯供应保障向技术服务型的转变。结论加强静脉输液配置中心细胞毒性药物配置管理,能使细胞毒性药物在发挥最大治疗作用的同时尽可能将其毒害降到最低。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the announcements in use of cytotoxic drugs in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services and the precautions and management Methods in preparation of cytoxic drugs in emergency.Methods To primarily investigate the management system of cytotoxic drugs,multi-drug compatibility,menstruum dosage,management of drug spillage or exposure,and waste disposal in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services.Results There exist some potential safety hazards including environmental contamination,cross-contamination and lack of professional pharmacists.Preparation of cytotoxic drugs in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services can reduce the environmental and air pollutions caused by drug dusts and therefore ensure the safety in use of intravenous cytotoxic drugs.An appropriate menstruum dosage and a better understanding of new drug incompatibility contribute to the production of largest-degree pharmacological action.This allows for a transform of hospital pharmacy from simple supply to technical service.Conclusion A better preparation and management of cytotoxic drugs in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services can allow cytotoxic cells to produce the greatest therapeutic effects and simultaneously reduce the potential toxic side effects to the lowest level as far as possible.
