自拟生血汤对放化疗引起的骨洲的修复作用研究

摘    要:目的探讨自拟“生血汤”对放化疗引起的骨髓抑制修复作用。方法选取78例癌症患者,随机分为观察组40例和对照组38例,对照组口服利血生、鲨肝醇、维生素B4联合治疗,观察组采用自拟“生血汤”;观察两组患者在放化疗前、放化疗开始后1周及放化疗结束后白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板的变化情况。结果观察组在放化疗过程中白细胞计数无明显变化(P〉0.05),且在放化疗开始后1周和放化疗后血红蛋白量较放化疗前显著降低(P〈0.05);观察组放化疗开始后1周血小板计数较放化疗前明显降低(P〈0.05),而放化疗后血小板计数和血红蛋白量与放化疗开始后1周相比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论自拟“生血汤”对骨髓抑制特别是白细胞降低具有修复作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the repair effect of self-prepared hemogenesis soup on chemoradiotherapy caused marrow suppression. Methods Seventy-eight patients with cancer were randomly divided into the observation group with 40 patients and the control group with 38 patients. The control group received the oral administration of leucogen, batyl alcohol and vitamin B4 while the observation group received self-prepared "hemogenesis soup". The white blood cell, hemoglobin, platelet changes of both groups were observed before the chemoradiotherapy, one week after the start of the chemoradiotherapy and after the chemoradiotherapy. Results In the observation group, the white blood cell count did not change significantly during the chemoradiotherapy (P 〉 0.05) and the hemoglobin amount reduced significantly one week after the start of the chemoradiotherapy and after the chemoradiotherapy compared to that before the chemoradiotherapy (P 〈 0.05). In the observation group, the platelet count reduced significantly one week after the start of the ehemoradiotherapy compared to that before the chemoradiotherapy (P〈 0.05) and the platelet count and hemoglobin amount did not change significantly after the ehemoradiotherapy compared to that one week after the start of the chemoradiotherapy (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Self-prepared "hemogenesis soup" has repair effect on bone marrow suppression, particularly leukopenia.
