2微米激光与等离子电切治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤疗效比较的Meta分析

摘    要:目的比较2微米激光与等离子电切治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法收集已发表的关于2微米激光和等离子电切治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤的国内外文献,针对结果进行统计学综合(Meta)分析。采用优势比(OR)及95%置信区间(95%CI)作为评价比较疗效,统计学分析采用Revman4.2软件。结果共5篇文献符合标准纳入,177例2微米激光组和168例等离子电切组进行分析。Meta分析显示:两组比较肿瘤的复发和手术时间的差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),2微米激光组并发症少于等离子电切组,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论2微米激光治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤安全可靠,与等离子电切比较,在避免并发症方面有一定优势。

Abstract:Objective To compare the efficacy of 2 micron laser resection and plasmakinetic resection for superficial bladder tumor. Methods Retrieved published comparative studies 2 micron laser resection and plasmakinetic resection for superficial bladder tumor, and pooled the data from eligible studies (Meta-analysis). Odds ratio (OR) and its 95% confidence interval (C/) were used as the measurement parameter of efficacy comparison. The statistical analyses were performed using Revman 4.2 software. Results Five trials including 177 cases were treated with 2 micron laser resec- tion and 168 cases with plasmakinetic resection. Pooling data showed the operative time and postoperative recurrence were not significantly different between the 2 groups (P〉 0.05), however, compared with elect plasmakinetic resection group, fewer complications in 2 micron laser group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion 2 micron laser resection of superficial bladder tumor is safe, compared to plasmakinetic resection of bladder tumors, this surgery has some advantages on avoiding complications.
