乳果糖口服液用于小儿结肠镜术前肠道准备

目的观察乳果糖口服液用于儿童结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果和安全性。方法将164例结肠镜检查患儿分为观察组和对照组各82例,组内再按年龄分成A组（〈6岁）和B组（≥6岁）。观察组均口服乳果糖口服液清洁肠道;对照A组口服番泻叶,对照B组口服硫酸镁加比沙可啶。结果观察A组肠道清洁效果满意率显著高于对照组,观察B组与对照组相当;不良反应及并发症发生率观察组均显著低于对照组。结论乳果糖口服溶液清洁肠道效果佳,安全性好,适用于儿童肠道准备。

Lactulose oral liquid for pediatric colonoscopy preoperative bowel preparation

Objective To observe the effect of lactulose oral liquid for children’s colonoscopy bowel preparation effect and safety.Methods 164 patients received colonoscopy were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 82 cases in each group,and were divided into A group（＆lt;6 years old） and B group（≥ 6 years old）.The observation group were given clean oral lactulose orally taken Senna intestinal;control group A,control group B oral magnesium sulfate plus bisacodyl.Results Satisfactory bowel cleaning effectiveness ratein A group was significantly higher than that of control group,observation of B group and control group;adverse reaction and complication rate of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group.Conclusion Lactulose oral solution intestinal cleaning effect is good,good safety,suitable for bowel preparation.
