舌三针和项三针治疗中风后吞咽困难的临床研究

目的探讨舌三针和项三针并用治疗中风后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法回顾性分析广东省深圳市罗湖中医院康复分院2010年lO月．2012年8月收治的中风后吞咽障碍60例，所有患者均给予神经内科的常规治疗，将其中采用联合舌三针和项三针治疗的30例患者作为治疗组，将采用单纯体针治疗的30例患者作为对照组，12次为1个疗程。治疗2个疗程后对两组的疗效进行比较。结果治疗2个疗程后，两组的吞咽障碍功能计分进行比较．治疗组计分为（1．01±1．12）分，对照组为（2．19±1．32）分，组间治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组总有效率为86．67％（26／30），对照组总有效率为63．33％（19／30），两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论舌三针和项三针对中风患者的吞咽障碍具有良好的治疗效果，且具有安全性、稳定性，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical study of tongue three-needle and neck three-needle in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia

Objective To explore the curative effect of tongue three-needle and neck three-needle in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia. Methods 60 patients with post-stroke dysphagia admitted to our hospital from October 2010 to August 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients received the conventional treatment of the neurology de- partment, of which 30 patients receiving combined tongue three-needle and neck three-needle treatment served as the treatment group and 30 patients receiving simple body acupuncture treatment served as the control group. Twelve times counted as one treatment course and after two treatment courses the curative effects of the two groups were com- pared. Results After two treatment courses, the dysphagia function score was （1.01±1.12） scores in the treatment group and （2.19±1.32） scores in the control group respectively, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈 0.05）; The total effective rate was 86.67% （26/30） in the treatment group and 63.33% （19/30） in the control group respectively, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tongue three-nee- dle and neck three-needle has good curative effect in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia, showing safety and sta- bility, thereby worthy of clinical application.
