摘    要:目的术中电刺激杏仁核及伏隔核,观察患者的反应.方法戒毒手术中,在毁损双侧杏仁核及伏隔核前、后均进行电刺激,观察患者主观感受及生命体征变化.结果在完成脱毒的61例患者中有43例电刺激杏仁核及伏隔核后,出现不同程度的类似吸毒的欣快感,其中有22例患者伴有明显的心率增快;9例未脱毒的患者在刺激后无一例出现上述感觉.结论术中电兴奋法可以更准确的对杏仁核及伏隔核进行定位,并且验证了海洛因依赖过程中中脑腹侧被盖与伏隔核及杏仁核之间存在着纤维联系.

Abstract:Objective To observe the reaction of the patients who accepted electric stimulation of amygdala and nucleus accumbens in operation. Methods In heroin-abstinence surgical operation, the patients' subjective feeling and the change of vital signs were observed when being stimulated with electricity before and after both sides of amygdala and nucleus accumbens were damaged. Results In 61 patients who had completed heroin-abstinence surgical operation, 43 after electric stimulation of amygdala and nucleus accumbens appeared the feeling similar to freaky euphoria at different degree; among them 22 patients' heart rate increase obviously. 9 patients receiving no heroin-abstinence operation didn't appear the above-mentioned feeling after electric stimulation. Conclusion In surgical operation, electron excitation can locate amygdala and nucleus accumbens more precisely, and we can check out the fiber connection between amygdala and nucleus accumbens and ventral tegmental area (VTA) during the process of heroin dependence.
