心安宁治疗糖尿病血脂异常120例临床分析

目的 :探讨心安宁对糖尿病血脂异常的疗效。方法 :在控制饮食加运动加口服降糖药物的基础上 ,选择治疗组120例给予心安宁片 ,每次4片 ,每日3次 ,对照组112例 ,给予非诺贝特片 ,每次0 2g,每日3次 ,疗程均6个月 (二个疗程 )。治疗前后进行心电图、血脂、血糖、肝、肾功能检查。结果 :两个疗程后 ,治疗组在心电图、血糖的改善明显优于对照组 (P<0 05)。血脂改善两组无明显差异 (P>0 05)。结论 :心安宁能显著降低糖尿病合并高脂血症、血糖水平 ,改善心肌缺血 ,无不良反应 ,具有广泛临床推广应用价值

Clinical analysis of xinanning for treating blood lipids abnormality of diabetes in 120 cases

Objective:To study the curative effect of xinanning for treating blood lipids abnormality of diabetes.Methods:On the basis of controling food,sports and oral hypoglycemic agent,120patients in the treatment group were treated with xinanning per os,4tablets a time,3times daily.112patients in the control group were treated with fenofibrate per os,0.2g a time,3times daily,for6months as a course of treatment(2courses).The electrocardiogram,blood lipids,blood sugar,liver function and renal function were inspected before and after treatment.Results:After2courses of treatment,the improvement of electrocardiogram and blood sugar in the treatment group was obviously superior to that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no obvious difference in the improvement of blood lipids between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xinanning can remarkably reduce the level of blood lipids and blood sugar of diabetes and improve myocardial ischemia,without adverse reaction,which has widespread applied value for popularizing.
