呼吸内科患者住院原因的帕累托图分析

目的]分析呼吸内科住院患者的不同年龄组的疾病分布情况。方法]将呼吸内科住院病种分为15类,患者年龄分为3组,应用管理学上的帕累托图对本院呼吸内科3174例住院病人进行分析。结果]低年龄组住院原因的主要因素和次要因素分别是肺炎、气胸、哮喘和肺结核,而随着年龄的增加,慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、肺癌也成为住院的主要因素和次要因素。结论]患者住院原因随不同年龄组侧重不同,呼吸内科日常医疗的工作重点宜加强对感染性疾病、COPD及肺癌的诊治。

Pareto Diagram Analysis on In-hospital Reason in Respiration Patients of Internal Medicine

Objective] To analyse disease distribution of different ages in in-hospital respiration patients of internal medicine.Method] Classify the patients into 15 classes,into 3 groups by ages;make analysis on 3174 cases by pareto diagram of Management Science.Result] The low age group of in-hospital patients has main and sub-main factors of pneumonia,gas chest,asthma and pulmonary tuberculosis;with age increasing,COPD and lung cancer also become the main and subordination factors.Conclusion] The in-hospital reason is different with ages;the stress of respiration internal medicine in routine work shall be treatment and diagnosis of infectious disease,COPD and lung cancer.
