二维及彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺肿块诊断中的应用

目的 探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺肿块性质判断的价值。方法 对46例患者进行二维及彩色多普勒超声检查，全部病例均经手术病理证实。结果 多数甲状腺恶性肿块二维超声表现具有特异性，结合肿块内部血流信号及参数的测定，对甲状腺肿块性质判断有重要价值，其敏感性，特异性分别为81.3％和80％。结论 二维及彩色多普勒有助于临床对甲状腺肿块的诊断，但超声判断良性病变有无微小癌变有局限性。

Application of two-dimensional and color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of thyroid mass

Objective Two dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of thyroid mass.Methods Forty six patients with thyroid mass confirmed by operation and pathology were investigated by the fore mentioned technics.Results The sonographic signs of most malignant thyroid tumors hold characteristics favorable in diagnosis.It was important to judge the characters of thyroid mass blood flow message and hemodynamics parameters.The sensitivity and specificity were 81 25% and 80% respectively.Conclusion Two dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography are helpful for diagnosing thyroid mass,but it is difficult for ultrasound to determine minimal malignant within a rather large benign tumor.
