| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨肝癌移植术后复发转移的放射治疗疗效。方法]采用三维适形放射治疗肝癌移植术后复发转移患者4例。剂量44～52 Gy/24～27次/5～6周。结果]4例患者近期疗效：完全缓解（CR）3例,部分缓解（PR）1例。中位生存时间14个月。结论]三维适形放射治疗对于肝癌移植术后复发或转移患者仍有较好的疗效,且肝癌移植术后再行放射治疗耐受性良好。

| Abstract: | Objective] This work is to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of 3 dimensional conformal radiotherapy for tumor recurrence after a liver transplantation for primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods] Four patients received 3 dimensional conformal radiotherapy when the tumor recurred after liver transplantation.All patients were treated for a total dose of 44～52 Gy/24～27 fractions/5～6 weeks.Results] There were three patients among four experienced complete remission(CR 3/4),and one of them had partial remission(PR 1/4).The median survival period was 14 months.Conclusion] Good curative effect could be achieved when treating a liver tumor recurrence after liver transplantation for primary hepatic carcinoma with 3 dimensional conformal radiotherapy,and patients could endure the therapy well. |
