| 摘 要： | 为带蒂胸小肌喙突骨瓣移位修复肩锁关节脱位提供解剖学依据。在30侧经动脉内灌注红色乳腔的成人尸体标本上，解剖观测胸小肌的形态、血供和神经分布特点。设计并应用胸小肌喙突骨瓣向上移位至锁骨修复肩锁关节脱位的新术式。临床应用8例，经1．5-2．5年的随访后，肩锁关节脱位未有复发，肩关节功能正常，证实该术式是治疗肩锁关节脱位的有效方法。

| Abstract: | This report provide anatomic basis for repairing of shoulder dislocation with pectoralis minor coracoid process transposition .Morphology,blood supplyment and nervous distrument were observed upon 30 adult cadavers whose arteries were perfused with red (latex ). New surgical technique of pectoralis minor coracoid process flap transposition to repair shoulder dislocation was designed and applied 8 cases. 1.5-2.5 years follow - up showed that no shoulder dislocation recurred and the functoins were normal. It is proved that this new surgical technique is an effective method in repairing shoulder dislocation. |
