俯卧位鹰嘴截骨双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间C型骨折

目的探讨俯卧位经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路、双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间C型骨折的临床疗效。方法对2004年3月～2008年9月经手术治疗的25例肱骨髁间C型骨折患者进行回顾性分析,男16例,女9例;年龄17～72岁,平均41.2岁。均采用俯卧位经尺骨鹰嘴入路、双钢板内固定术式。结果本组均获得随访,随访时间为8个月～32个月,平均21个月。根据Cassebaum评价标准,优14例,良8例,可3例,差0例,优良率达88%。结论俯卧位经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路、双钢板内固定是治疗肱骨髁间C型骨折的有效方法 ,能充分暴露骨折部位,坚强固定和术后早期功能锻炼。

Internal fixation with dual plate in prone positon to treat type C intercondylar fracture of humerus via olecranon

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of type C intercondylar fracture of humerus with dual plate in prone positon via olecranon. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 25 patients with type C intercondylar fracture of humerus from March 2004 to September 2008. There are 16 males and 9 females, and the average age of the patients was 41.2 years old （range 17-72 years）. Results The cases were followed up from 8 months to 32 months, with an average of 21 months. According to the criteria of Cassebaum： excellent in 14 cases, good in 8 cases, common in 3 cases, poor in 0. Conclusion Internal fixation with dual plate in prone positon via olecranon is an excellent method to treat type C intercondylar fracture of humerus. It can provide sufficient exposure, stable internal fixation and earlier exercise.
