丙氨酰谷氨酰胺双肽在胃肠道术后应用的安全性和有效性观察

目的:观察胃肠道术后患者在经周围静脉全肠外营养(TPN)中应用丙氨酰谷氨酰胺双肽的安全性和有效性。方法:64例胃肠道手术患者随机均分为常规TPN组(对照组)和TPN+丙氨酰谷氨酰胺双肽组(治疗组),所有患者均于术后第1d～第7d给予相应药物治疗。结果:术后第8d血清白蛋白、前白蛋白2组均有回升,但对照组回升较慢,2组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);术后第8d治疗组氮平衡明显优于对照组(P<0.01);术后感染发生率治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.01);术后平均住院时间治疗组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丙氨酰谷氨酰胺双肽在胃肠道术后经周围静脉TPN应用安全、有效。

Observation on the Safety and Efficacy of Alanyl - glutamine Dipeptide in Patients after Gastrointestinal Operation

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the safety and efficacy of alanyl-glutamine dipeptide administered via peripheral vein total parenteral nutrition(TPN)in patients after gastrointestinal operation.METHODS:64cases after gastrointestinal operations were randomly divided into routine TPN group(control group)and TPN plus alanyl-glutamine dipeptide group(therapeautic group),all of which were treated with the corresponding medicines from the first day to the7th day after operˉation.RESULTS:The levels of both seralbumin and prealbumin rebounded on the8th day after operation with those of the control group rebound more slowly,significant differences were noted between the2groups(P<0.05);Nitrogen balance in the therapeautic group was significantly better than the control group on the8th day after operation(P<0.01);The incidences for postoperative infection complications in the therapeautic group was lower than the control group(P<0.01);the average hospital stay for the therapeautic group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:It is safe and effective to use alanyl-glutamine dipeptide via peripheral vein TPN in patients after gastrointestinal operation.
