| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨一种减少克雷氏骨折石这外固定术后并发症发生的方法。方法：用背侧卷连石膏固定治疗克雷氏骨折，术后早期行功能锻炼。结果：153例患者中，151例术后功能良好，仅2例功能略受限。结论：用背侧卷连石膏固定治疗克雷氏骨折效果良好，术后并发症少，有推广价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:Discussing a methed which can reduce the complications after Colles Fracture Plaster onter-fixation. Methods: Fixing treating the Colles Fracture with wrapping sides plaster, Function exercises at the early period after operation. Results: Among 153 cases, 151 have good functions after operations. Only 2 of them have limited functions. Conclusion:Treating the Colles Fracture with wrapping sides plaster has a good effect with few complication and it is worth spreading. |
