2005-2009年南宁市职业人群布鲁氏菌病血清学流行病学分析

目的了解南宁市布鲁氏菌病疫情动态情况,掌握期流行规律,为制定防制策略提供科学依据。方法分析2005-2009年南宁市人间布鲁氏菌病血清学监测数据。结果南宁市布鲁氏菌病血清学监测阳性率呈上升趋势;不同性别感染率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),女性高于男性;不同职业布病感染阳性率不同,以挤奶工感染阳性率最高;不同年龄组布病感染阳性率不同,感染阳性者年龄以20～60岁为主。结论 2005-2009年南宁市职业人群布病阳性率呈上升趋势,应及时采取有效防控措施控制疫情。

Epidemiological analysis on serology of brucellosis among occupation population in Nanning from 2005 to 2009

Objective To understand the epidemic situation of brucellosis in Nanning,master the epidemic rule,and provide evidence for formulating prevention and control strategies.Method Analyze the serology monitoring data of brucellosis from 2005 to 2009.Results The positive rate of brucellosis in Nanning City showed upward trend.There was significant difference between gender infection(P<0.05),and female was higher than male.Positive rates were different among different occupations and ages,of which,milkers were the highest.Most of the infected persons were at the ages of 20 to 60 years.Conclusions The positive rate of brucellosis of occupation population showed upward trend from 2005 to 2009 in Nanning City,so it was timely to take effective measures to prevent and control the epidemic.
