| 摘 要： | 目的了解不同所有制形式下乡镇卫生院领导者的现状与问题,为新形势下乡镇卫生院领导者队伍建设提出对策建议.方法问卷调查和个人深入访谈.结论改制后产权所有者和经营者大多具有医学专业背景,注重科学管理,法人治理结构初步形成,决策民主化程度有所提高,经营意识增强.这些变化与医院经营状况有密切关系. |

Study on Owners and Administrant in Township Health Center after Property Right Reform in Nantong |

| Abstract: | Objectives To analyze the current situations of heals in township health center (THC) to setup relevant policies to improve THC ownership and leadership under the new environment. Methods Adopts the method of questionnaire-based survey and in-depth interview with related people. Conclusions Most owers and administrant have medical backgrounds. After reform, scientific management is emphasized, corporation management is shaping, and democratized decision-making mechanism and managerial sense are enhanced. All these changes show close correlation with the situation of THC management. |
