三级综合医院门急诊开展岗位培训实践探讨

Discussion on post training in outpatient and emergency department in tertiary general hospital

As a tertiary general hospital, Xuanwu Hospital has put post training into daily management. Post training was organized every year. The effectiveness of training was checked through simulation drills and supervision. It showed that post training has played important role in outpatient management such as doing according to law, ensuring patient safe, optimization service process, dealing with emergency incidents on time, effective prevention and control of infectious diseases, and continuously improving service quality. Post training is an important management method, a guarantee of patient safe, and a measure on improving professional skills.
