| 摘 要： | 针对实践中医疗损害和其他人身损害是否存在区别这一问题，作者通过比较总结出医疗损害与其他人身损害在行为目的、行为对象、行为属性、过错形态和过错认定等方面存在的差异，并分析了医疗损害自身独有的一些特点。
