| 摘 要： | 针对鼓励社会资本举办医疗机构的新机遇，分析了民营医疗机构的发展方向、发展重点和发展创新，提出应出台鼓励民营医疗机构小型化的政策措施、把发展诊所作为均衡医疗资源配置的重点、确立诊所化民营医院的合法地位等民营医疗机构发展的政策建议。
