Discussion on the problems of hospital discipline evaluation index system

Discipline evaluation is an effective measure to promote discipline construction. At present, practice of discipline evaluation which has been widely recognized at home and abroad is mostly done through discipline evaluation index system. To establish a practical, independent index system of disciplines evaluation is the basis on implementing discipline evaluation smoothly. Medical discipline evaluation index system had some progress in a certain places while several problems are exposed. Summarizing and analyzing these problems is helpful to develop related research for future.
