多院区医院管理难点与对策探析

目的：通过对多院区医院发展历程的回顾、形成动因的剖析，深度把握多院区医院发展脉络，进而总结多院区医院管理中存在的问题与难点，从而以问题为导向为优化多院区医院管理提出对策建议。方法：以文献研究为主要研究方法，辅以小组讨论、专家咨询等研究方法对多院区医院管理的问题与难点进行深度总结与分析。结果：多院区医院在一体化管理、运行成本、医疗质量、医院文化、学科布局等方面存在诸多问题。结论：多院区医院诸多管理问题存在的根源在于尚未建立成熟的管理模式，探索建立这一模式既是多院区医院发展的客观需要，也应该是研究者未来主要的研究方向。

Analysis on management difficulties and its countermeasures on multi-campuses hospitals

Objectives： To give suggestions on optimizing multi-campuses hospital＇s management through reviewing its development history, analyzing its motivation of formation and finding out problems and difficulties. Methods： Using literature research as the main method, combined with different methodology such as expert interviews, group discussion to profoundly summarize and analyze the management problems and difficulties in multi-campuses hospitals. Results： Lots of management problems exist in many respects in the multi-campuses hospitals such as integrated management, running cost, quality of service, hospital culture, discipline layout etc. Conclusions： The source of the problems lies in the fact that the mature management model in the multi-campuses hospitals has not been well established. Furthermore, this mature model should be the research interests of future researchers despite of the objective requirements for the development of those hospitals.
